Public Communications is the time set aside during the Planning Commission meeting for members of the public to address the Planning Commission on items of City business other than scheduled agenda items. Matters raised at this time may be briefly discussed by the Commission and will generally be referred to staff and/or placed on a subsequent agenda. Under State law, other than for emergency items, no action can be taken at this meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed. There will be no discussion of these items unless, before the Planning Commission votes on the motion to adopt, specific items are removed from the Consent Calendar for separate motions.

DISCLOSURE OF SITE VISITS AND EX-PARTE CONTACTS
Commissioners to provide disclosure of site visits and ex-parte contacts for items on the agenda.
DISCUSSION ITEM(S)
Concept Review (CR 26-003) | to provide comments regarding a request to amend the General Plan Designation from Commercial Manufacturing (CM) to General Commercial (GC) to be consistent with the existing General Commercial (C-1) zone designation, merge three existing legal vacant lots into one parcel through a Tentative Parcel Map, and consider a Design Review Permit, for the construction of a new hotel development "Wildflower" including 6 two-story and 2 one-story hotel units with parking area, private patios, and shared open space located at 923 E. Ojai Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Number 023-0-160-095. The site is located in Bryant Industrial Area Plan area, Thoroughfare Corridor Overlay (T-C-O) District, and East Ojai Avenue Design Guidelines area. Property Owner/Applicant: Nathaniel Mitchell, Flow Street Holdings, Inc.
That the Planning Commission provide the owner/applicant with comments and feedback regarding the proposed project concept review and provide an opportunity for public comment. A site plan and elevations along with a materials board are provided as Attachment A and Attachment B, respectively. A traffic study has been prepared for this project and is provided as Attachment C.
